acs67 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the acs67 platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games lobby, sports betting section, live casino, and all associated features — you ("the User", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms applicable at the time. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the verified payment source, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. acs67 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

acs67 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20 network). All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

Deposits

By using acs67, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and in a manner that is fair, honest, and respectful to other players and to the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management
• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account credentials
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in games or sports betting markets

acs67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Duplicate account creation
• Repeated or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with recreational gaming
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction

Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting acs67 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, acs67 will settle any outstanding bets, process any pending withdrawals to which the player is entitled, and close the account within 5 business days. Players who have self-excluded under our Responsible Gaming tools may also request permanent closure through the same channel.

Balance on Suspension

Where an account is suspended due to a verified breach of these Terms, acs67 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, or that the breach did not affect the account balance, the balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited in the event of a confirmed breach.

• The platform will be accessible at all times from all geographic locations or on all device types

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, acs67 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the general principles of contract law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, acs67's platform, or any transaction conducted thereon, the parties agree to seek resolution through the following process:

1. Direct Resolution: In the first instance, disputes should be submitted in writing to our support team at [email protected]. We aim to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to resolve the majority of disputes within 15 business days.
2. Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 calendar days, either party may escalate the matter for independent review. Details of the escalation process will be provided at the time of escalation.
3. Final Decision: acs67's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or account status is final, provided it is made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and the applicable game or promotion rules.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable under the laws of your jurisdiction.

acs67 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will provide advance notice of at least 14 calendar days via a notice posted on the acs67 platform and, where possible, by email to your registered address.
